Your use of the Service constitutes your explicit acceptance of these Terms and your agreement to comply with all applicable laws, rules, regulations, and guidelines governing the use of the Service. If you do not agree to these Terms in their entirety, you are strictly prohibited from accessing, using, or interacting with any portion of the Service, and you must immediately discontinue all use of the Service and refrain from creating or maintaining an account. By continuing to use the Service, you affirm that you meet all eligibility requirements, including the minimum age requirement and any legal capacity necessary to enter into a binding agreement, and you agree that your use of the Service will at all times be in accordance with these Terms, all applicable laws, and any additional policies, rules, or guidelines provided by SaveDate.

1.0 Introduction

1.1 The website www.savedate.me (the "Site") and all related services, functionalities, mobile applications, tools, features, and content provided, directly or indirectly, by SaveDate ("Company") are collectively referred to as the "Service." The Service includes, but is not limited to, digital invitations, event galleries, countdown timers, messaging systems, guest walls, event maps, calendar integrations, notifications, and any future enhancements or features that may be introduced at SaveDate’s discretion.

1.2 By accessing, browsing, or using the Service in any manner, including registration via Google, Facebook, email, or any other third-party platform, you ("User") acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to comply with these Terms of Use, the Privacy Policy, and any other rules, policies, procedures, or guidelines issued by SaveDate. Your continued use of the Service constitutes your acceptance of these Terms and your explicit agreement to be legally bound by them.

1.3 These Terms govern all interactions between you and SaveDate, whether through the website, mobile applications, APIs, widgets, embedded content, or any other technology utilized to provide access to the Service. 3.0 Registration and Account Security

Users agree that SaveDate is not responsible for any issues or changes arising from Google’s services or policies.

3.3 Account Credentials: Users are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their login credentials, including passwords, OAuth tokens, or any other authentication methods. Sharing accounts or passwords with third parties is strictly prohibited. Users are responsible for all activities that occur under their account, whether authorized or unauthorized. SaveDate shall not be held liable for any loss, damage, or liability arising from unauthorized access to or use of a User’s account.

3.4 Security Breach Reporting: Users must immediately notify SaveDate at info@savedate.me if they suspect or become aware of any unauthorized access, breach, or suspicious activity in their account. Prompt reporting is essential to prevent further unauthorized activity and to assist in mitigating potential damages. Failure to report unauthorized access promptly may result in Users being held responsible for any resulting losses or damages.

3.5 Compliance with Third-Party Terms: Users registering or signing in via Google or other third-party services acknowledge and agree that all interactions with these services are subject to the third-party provider’s terms and policies. SaveDate disclaims responsibility for any disputes, limitations, or changes imposed by Google or other authentication providers.

3.6 Account Information Accuracy: Users must provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration. SaveDate reserves the right to suspend, terminate, or limit a User’s account if any information is found to be inaccurate, incomplete, fraudulent, or misleading. Users are responsible for updating account information to ensure accuracy throughout their use of the Service.

3.7 Account Security Measures: Users are encouraged to employ strong passwords, enable two-factor authentication where available, and follow best security practices to protect their accounts. SaveDate may implement additional security measures, such as monitoring for unusual login attempts or sending alerts for suspicious activity, but cannot guarantee absolute protection against security breaches.

3.8 Termination and Suspension: SaveDate reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or terminate a User’s account at its sole discretion in cases of suspected fraudulent activity, breach of these Terms, violation of applicable laws, or upon request from law enforcement or regulatory authorities. Users whose accounts are terminated may lose access to all content, data, and features associated with the account.

3.9 Responsibility for Linked Accounts: Users who link their SaveDate account with Google or other third-party accounts acknowledge that the third-party service may share certain personal information with SaveDate to facilitate the registration and use of features. Users are responsible for maintaining compliance with the third-party service’s policies and terms, including any restrictions on content, privacy, and security.

3.10 Feature Access and Dependencies: Features accessed via third-party sign-ins, such as event synchronization, calendar integration, messaging, and profile information retrieval, are dependent on the availability and functionality of the third-party services. SaveDate is not responsible for disruptions, errors, or changes in feature availability caused by the third-party provider.

3.11 Account Recovery: Users may request recovery of their accounts in cases of forgotten passwords or lost access. SaveDate will facilitate account recovery procedures in accordance with security and verification protocols. Users are responsible for providing accurate verification information to confirm ownership of the account.

3.12 Prohibited Activities: Users must not attempt to bypass authentication mechanisms, use another User’s credentials without authorization, manipulate third-party login features, or otherwise interfere with the account management systems of SaveDate or any linked third-party service. Any violation may result in immediate account suspension or termination and potential legal action.

3.13 User Consent for Data Processing: By registering an account, including via Google Sign-In or other third-party services, Users consent to SaveDate’s collection, storage, and processing of data received from third-party providers to facilitate the Service, including personalization, notifications, event management, and communication with other Users.

3.14 Account Termination Rights: SaveDate reserves the right to terminate accounts without prior notice if a User breaches these Terms, engages in unlawful activity, violates intellectual property rights, or otherwise disrupts the Service. Users understand that terminated accounts may result in the loss of all User content, messages, and access to features.

3.15 User Responsibility for Content and Activity: Users acknowledge that all activity conducted under their account, including content creation, messaging, or event management, is their responsibility. SaveDate is not liable for any consequences resulting from actions taken by Users or unauthorized individuals who gain access to the account due to negligence or failure to follow security protocols.

4.0 Use Restrictions

4.1 Personal, Non-Commercial Use: The Service is provided exclusively for personal, non-commercial purposes unless specifically authorized otherwise by SaveDate. Users agree not to exploit, copy, reproduce, distribute, sell, or commercially utilize any content, information, or material available on the Service. Any unauthorized commercial use, including redistribution or monetization of content from SaveDate, is strictly prohibited and may result in account suspension, termination, and potential legal action.

4.2 Protection of Personal Information: Users must respect the privacy and security of other Users. The collection, harvesting, or use of personal information from other Users for marketing, solicitation, or any unauthorized purpose is strictly forbidden. This includes email addresses, phone numbers, profiles, event details, or any other User data. Users who violate this provision may face immediate termination of access and legal consequences, including claims under applicable data protection laws.

4.3 Prohibited Activities: Users are explicitly prohibited from engaging in any of the following activities, whether directly or indirectly:

• Unlawful or Illegal Use: Using the Service for any activity that violates local, national, or international laws or regulations, including fraud, harassment, threats, impersonation, stalking, or promotion of illegal products or services. Users must ensure that their actions and content do not infringe upon the legal rights of others.

• Service Disruption: Interfering with or disrupting the operation, security, or availability of the Service, including the use of bots, scrapers, crawlers, or other automated tools to access, collect, or manipulate data. Attempts to overload, crash, or damage SaveDate servers, networks, or systems are strictly prohibited.

• Unauthorized Account Access: Accessing or attempting to access another User’s account, credentials, or personal information without explicit permission. Users may not provide or allow unauthorized third parties to use their accounts, passwords, or credentials under any circumstances.

• False or Misleading Information: Submitting inaccurate, misleading, fraudulent, or incomplete information during registration or in connection with the use of the Service. Users are responsible for maintaining up-to-date and truthful information, and any breach may result in suspension, account termination, or legal action.

• Offensive or Discriminatory Content: Posting, uploading, or transmitting content that is offensive, defamatory, obscene, abusive, harassing, threatening, or discriminatory based on race, ethnicity, religion, gender, sexual orientation, disability, or other protected categories. Users must ensure that all content shared via the Service adheres to community standards and applicable laws.

• Bypassing Security Measures: Circumventing, disabling, or otherwise interfering with any security measures, encryption protocols, or digital rights management mechanisms implemented by SaveDate to protect the Service or its content. Users may not attempt to gain unauthorized access to restricted areas of the Site, Service databases, or other Users’ content.

• Malicious Code and Viruses: Uploading, distributing, or transmitting any content containing malicious code, viruses, worms, spyware, ransomware, or files designed to disrupt, damage, or gain unauthorized access to the Service, servers, networks, or other Users’ devices. Users are responsible for ensuring that all uploaded content is safe and does not compromise the integrity or security of the Service.

4.4 Intellectual Property Violations: Users are prohibited from copying, reproducing, distributing, or using any content from the Service, including images, designs, text, graphics, logos, or software, in a manner that infringes SaveDate’s intellectual property rights or those of third parties. Any attempt to manipulate or misappropriate content may result in legal claims and immediate account termination.

4.5 Prohibition on Unauthorized Advertising: Users must not use the Service to send unsolicited communications, advertisements, spam, promotional material, or solicitations to other Users or third parties. Bulk messaging, chain letters, pyramid schemes, or phishing attempts are strictly forbidden and will result in account suspension and potential civil or criminal liability.

4.6 Compliance with Applicable Laws: Users are required to comply with all applicable local, state, national, and international laws while using the Service. SaveDate reserves the right to report any suspected illegal activity to law enforcement authorities and to cooperate fully with investigations, including providing User data when legally required.

4.7 Monitoring and Enforcement: While SaveDate may monitor the Service for compliance with these restrictions, Users acknowledge that the Service is provided on an “as is” basis and SaveDate does not guarantee pre-screening of all content. SaveDate reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to remove any content, suspend accounts, or restrict access to the Service for violations of these Use Restrictions or any other Terms without prior notice.

4.8 User Responsibility: Users are solely responsible for all activities conducted using their accounts and for ensuring compliance with these restrictions. SaveDate disclaims any liability for consequences arising from misuse, unauthorized access, or prohibited actions performed by Users or third parties using their account credentials.

4.9 Third-Party Integrations: Users acknowledge that any integration with third-party services, such as Google Sign-In or social media platforms, is subject to the terms and policies of the respective third-party provider. SaveDate is not responsible for any disruption, changes, or issues arising from third-party service providers.

4.10 Continuous Obligation: Users’ obligation to comply with these Use Restrictions continues even after account termination or suspension. Prohibited use of content or Services post-termination may result in further legal action.

• Using the Service for any unlawful or illegal purpose, including fraud, harassment, or promotion of prohibited activities.
• Interfering with or disrupting the Service, servers, or networks, including use of bots, scrapers, or automation tools.
• Accessing or using other Users’ accounts without permission, or allowing others to do so.
• Submitting false, misleading, or inaccurate information when registering or using the Service.
• Posting content that is offensive, defamatory, obscene, or discriminatory based on race, religion, gender, or other protected categories.
• Bypassing security measures, including encryption or digital rights management, or attempting unauthorized access to restricted areas.
• Uploading malicious code, viruses, spyware, or files that may disrupt the Service or other Users’ devices.

5.0 Account Termination

5.1 Right to Terminate: SaveDate reserves the sole and absolute right to suspend, restrict, or terminate any User account at any time, with or without prior notice, for violations of these Terms, any applicable law, or for any other valid reasons deemed necessary by SaveDate. Such reasons include, but are not limited to, misuse or unauthorized use of the Service, abusive or offensive behavior toward other Users, fraudulent activity, violations of intellectual property rights, or requests from law enforcement or governmental authorities. SaveDate may also take termination actions if a User's account is inactive for a prolonged period, or if continued access poses a risk to the integrity, security, or functionality of the Service.

5.2 Consequences of Termination: Upon termination of an account, the User immediately loses access to all features, content, data, or materials associated with their account, including digital invitations, event galleries, messaging, user walls, maps, and any other Services offered by SaveDate. Users are responsible for maintaining copies of any personal content before termination. SaveDate shall not be liable for any loss, deletion, or inability to retrieve User data following account termination or suspension.

5.3 Notification and Appeal: While SaveDate may provide notice of termination or suspension at its discretion, there is no guarantee of prior notice. Users who believe their account was terminated in error may contact SaveDate at info@savedate.me to request review or appeal. SaveDate reserves the right to approve or deny reinstatement, at its sole discretion, based on the circumstances and investigation outcomes.

5.4 Termination for Legal or Security Reasons: SaveDate may terminate accounts immediately without prior notice if a User engages in activities that threaten the security of the Service, other Users, or third parties, or if SaveDate is legally compelled to terminate access due to court orders, government requests, regulatory compliance, or investigations. This includes suspected fraudulent activity, copyright infringement, or distribution of malicious code or harmful materials.

5.5 Partial Restrictions or Suspensions: SaveDate may, at its discretion, temporarily suspend or partially restrict certain functionalities of a User account without fully terminating the account. This may include limiting access to messaging, galleries, or content upload features while investigations or remedial actions are underway. Users are responsible for compliance during any restricted or suspended period.

5.6 Post-Termination Obligations: Following account termination, Users must immediately cease any use of SaveDate content, services, or intellectual property. Users remain liable for any obligations, breaches, or violations that occurred prior to or during the termination process. SaveDate retains the right to take legal or administrative action against Users who continue to attempt unauthorized access or use after termination.

5.7 Data Retention and Deletion: SaveDate may retain certain information or records related to terminated accounts to comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, enforce agreements, or prevent future violations of the Terms. Users acknowledge that complete deletion of data may not be immediate, and SaveDate is not liable for delays in data removal or residual information retained for legitimate purposes.

5.8 Effect on Third-Party Integrations: Termination of a SaveDate account may also affect access to any third-party services linked to or integrated with the account, including but not limited to Google Sign-In, Facebook, or other social logins. Users acknowledge that SaveDate is not responsible for any disruptions or consequences resulting from loss of third-party service access.

5.9 Multiple Violations: Users who repeatedly violate these Terms or exhibit patterns of misuse, even after warnings or temporary suspensions, may have their accounts permanently terminated. SaveDate reserves the right to blacklist or prevent registration of future accounts for Users with a history of violations.

5.10 Responsibility for Content: Users understand and acknowledge that termination of an account does not absolve them from responsibility for any content previously uploaded, posted, or shared through the Service. SaveDate reserves the right to retain or remove such content as deemed necessary to comply with legal requirements, resolve disputes, or enforce policies.

5.11 No Liability: SaveDate shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential loss, including loss of data, missed communications, or any other damages arising from account suspension, restriction, or termination, whether caused by SaveDate, third-party integrations, or other Users.

6.0 User Content and Posting

6.1 Ownership and License Grant: Users retain ownership of the content they create, post, upload, or share on SaveDate, including but not limited to text, images, videos, digital invitations, messages, and other media (collectively, "User Content"). By submitting User Content, Users grant SaveDate a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free, transferable, and sublicensable license to use, reproduce, distribute, display, perform, and create derivative works from such content in connection with the provision, promotion, and operation of the Service. This license also allows SaveDate to sublicense the User Content to affiliates, partners, and third-party service providers, solely for purposes consistent with the operation of the Service.

6.2 Responsibility for User Content: Users are fully responsible for the content they post, upload, share, or transmit through SaveDate. This includes ensuring that content does not violate any law, third-party rights, or these Terms. Users agree that SaveDate is not responsible for monitoring or controlling User Content, but retains the right, at its sole discretion, to review, moderate, restrict, remove, or disable access to any content that violates these Terms, is unlawful, offensive, or otherwise inappropriate. Users acknowledge that SaveDate may remove content without prior notice and that such removal does not constitute a waiver of its rights or obligations.

6.3 Prohibited Content: Users must not submit content that:

• Infringes any copyright, trademark, patent, or other intellectual property rights of third parties.
• Contains confidential, proprietary, or sensitive information belonging to a third party without proper authorization.
• Is defamatory, libelous, threatening, abusive, obscene, hateful, sexually explicit, or discriminatory based on race, religion, gender, sexual orientation, disability, or other protected categories.
• Contains viruses, malware, spyware, or any code designed to disrupt, damage, or interfere with SaveDate’s Service or other Users’ devices.
• Promotes illegal activities, fraud, or harmful behavior towards any individual or group.

6.4 Media Usage Rights: By uploading or submitting images, videos, audio, or other media to SaveDate, Users grant SaveDate and its affiliates the perpetual right to use, display, distribute, and promote such media on the platform, mobile applications, websites, social media channels, marketing materials, or any other media for the purpose of operating or advertising the Service. Users acknowledge that this may include modifications, adaptations, or incorporation into composite works, and they waive any claim for additional compensation for such use.

6.5 Legal Compliance: Users represent and warrant that all User Content complies with applicable laws and regulations, including but not limited to copyright laws, privacy laws, data protection laws, and regulations governing offensive or harmful content. Users agree to obtain all necessary consents, permissions, or licenses from third parties before posting content that contains third-party rights.

6.6 Indemnification: Users agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless SaveDate, its affiliates, directors, officers, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, liabilities, losses, or expenses (including reasonable attorneys’ fees) arising from or relating to their User Content. This includes any breach of these Terms, infringement of third-party rights, or unlawful or offensive content posted by the User.

6.7 Monitoring and Removal: While SaveDate may monitor User Content through automated systems or manual review, SaveDate is not obligated to pre-screen, review, or approve content before posting. SaveDate may, at its discretion, remove, restrict, or disable access to any User Content that it believes violates these Terms, is harmful, illegal, or objectionable. Users acknowledge that SaveDate’s actions or inactions regarding User Content do not imply endorsement, sponsorship, or acceptance of liability.

6.9 Copyright Infringement Notices: If Users believe their copyrighted content has been used in violation of applicable laws, they may submit a notice of infringement to SaveDate. SaveDate will review and take appropriate action under applicable copyright laws, including removing or disabling access to infringing content. Users submitting false or fraudulent claims may be subject to legal action.

6.10 Account Consequences: Violation of these User Content rules, repeated submission of infringing or inappropriate content, or failure to comply with SaveDate’s instructions for removal of content may result in suspension, restriction, or permanent termination of the User account, in addition to any legal liability that may arise.

6.11 No Warranties for User Content: SaveDate does not guarantee the accuracy, reliability, or quality of any User Content posted on the Service. Users acknowledge and accept that reliance on User Content is at their own risk. SaveDate shall not be held liable for any loss, damage, or injury resulting from User Content or interactions with other Users.

6.12 User Acknowledgment: By posting content on SaveDate, Users acknowledge that they have read and understood these Terms and agree that they are legally responsible for all User Content submitted. Users agree that SaveDate may exercise its rights regarding User Content without notice and that SaveDate’s decisions regarding content moderation or removal are final and binding.

7.0 Communication Services

7.1 Scope of Communication Services: SaveDate may provide Users with various communication tools, including but not limited to messaging, chat, forums, bulletin boards, community pages, event walls, notifications, calendars, or other interactive features (collectively referred to as "Communication Services"). These Communication Services are designed to facilitate interaction between Users, event hosts, and other parties. Users acknowledge that participation in Communication Services is voluntary and subject to these Terms.

7.2 Responsible Use: Users agree to use Communication Services solely for lawful, respectful, and relevant purposes. Users shall not use these services to:

• Defame, harass, intimidate, threaten, stalk, or abuse other Users, third parties, or SaveDate representatives.
• Send unsolicited bulk messages, spam, chain letters, surveys, contests, or promotional advertisements without explicit consent.
• Upload, post, or distribute malicious code, viruses, spyware, or software intended to disrupt or harm SaveDate’s systems or other Users’ devices.
• Violate any applicable laws, regulations, or rights of third parties, including intellectual property, privacy, or publicity rights.
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to another User’s account, Communication Services, or SaveDate systems.
• Engage in fraudulent, deceptive, or misleading activities using Communication Services.

7.3 Monitoring and Enforcement: While SaveDate is not obligated to monitor Communication Services continuously, the Company reserves the right to review, moderate, or remove content at its sole discretion to ensure compliance with these Terms, applicable laws, and safety standards. Users acknowledge that SaveDate may use automated tools or manual review to detect violations, and may take immediate action, including restricting or terminating a User’s access to Communication Services, without prior notice or liability.

7.4 User Responsibility and Liability: Users are solely responsible for all content they submit, post, or share via Communication Services. SaveDate does not guarantee the accuracy, quality, or legality of User-generated content. Users understand that reliance on any content in Communication Services is at their own risk. SaveDate shall not be liable for any damages, losses, or claims arising from interactions with other Users or third-party content.

7.5 Indemnification: Users agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless SaveDate, its affiliates, directors, officers, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, liabilities, or expenses, including reasonable attorney fees, arising from or related to the User’s use of Communication Services, including any breach of these Terms, violation of applicable laws, or infringement of third-party rights.

7.6 Prohibition on Unauthorized Use: Users shall not copy, reproduce, redistribute, reverse engineer, or exploit any functionality, code, or data within Communication Services without explicit written permission from SaveDate. Users shall not attempt to disrupt, overload, or impair the systems or networks of SaveDate or other Users.

7.7 Privacy and Data Collection: Users acknowledge that content shared within Communication Services may be visible to other Users or the public, depending on the nature of the service. SaveDate may collect, store, or process such data in accordance with the Privacy Policy. Users should avoid sharing confidential, private, or sensitive information within Communication Services and acknowledge that SaveDate is not responsible for unauthorized access or misuse of such information by third parties.

7.8 Reporting Violations: Users are encouraged to report any inappropriate, unlawful, or abusive behavior observed in Communication Services to SaveDate at info@savedate.me. SaveDate will review reported content and take appropriate action, which may include warnings, content removal, or account restrictions or termination.

7.9 Termination of Communication Services: SaveDate reserves the right to suspend, modify, or terminate Communication Services, in whole or in part, at any time, without prior notice. Users acknowledge that termination of Communication Services may result in the loss of content, messages, or interactions, and SaveDate shall not be liable for any such loss.

7.10 Legal Compliance: Users must comply with all applicable local, national, and international laws when using Communication Services. Users acknowledge that SaveDate may cooperate with law enforcement or government authorities in responding to alleged violations of law, including sharing content or account information when legally required.

7.11 No Endorsement: SaveDate does not endorse, verify, or guarantee the accuracy or reliability of content shared via Communication Services. Any opinions, advice, or statements expressed by Users are solely those of the individual Users and do not represent the views or positions of SaveDate.

7.12 Consequences of Violation: Violations of this section or any part of these Terms may result in temporary suspension, restriction, or permanent termination of the User’s access to Communication Services, along with potential legal action, claims for damages, or other remedies as permitted by law.

8.0 Fees, Payments, and Optional Services

8.1 Free Access: SaveDate currently provides Users with free access to standard features of the Service, including account registration, creation of digital invitations, event galleries, countdowns, user walls, maps, and basic messaging tools. This free access allows Users to utilize the Service without incurring any mandatory fees.

8.2 Optional Paid Features: While standard Service usage is free, certain features, add-ons, or customizations may require payment. For example, invitations created using the Service may include advertisements, such as Google ads or third-party promotional content, automatically displayed within the digital invitation. Users who wish to remove these ads or enhance invitations with premium features may be required to pay a one-time or recurring fee as specified on the Service platform.

8.3 Payment Methods: Payments for optional features may be facilitated through integrated third-party payment providers, including but not limited to credit/debit cards, UPI, or digital wallets. Users agree to comply with the terms and policies of such third-party payment processors when making payments. SaveDate does not assume liability for errors, fraud, or disputes arising from payments processed via third-party systems.

8.4 Taxes and Additional Charges: Users are responsible for all applicable taxes, duties, levies, or other governmental charges related to their use of paid services. SaveDate may update, add, or modify fees at any time, and Users are solely responsible for reviewing current fees before purchasing optional services.

8.5 Billing and Refunds: All payments for optional services are non-refundable except where required by law or explicitly stated in the Service terms. SaveDate reserves the right to suspend or terminate access to paid features if payments are not completed or if fraudulent payment activity is detected. Refunds, if applicable, may be issued at SaveDate’s discretion and processed in accordance with applicable payment provider policies.

8.6 User Obligations Regarding Payments: Users agree to provide accurate billing information and ensure that all payment methods used are authorized and valid. Users are solely responsible for any unauthorized use of their payment information or errors in billing. SaveDate is not liable for any financial loss resulting from a User’s failure to provide accurate payment or billing details.

8.7 Promotional Offers: SaveDate may periodically offer promotional discounts, coupons, or limited-time offers for optional services. Such promotions are subject to specific terms and conditions and may not be combined with other offers unless expressly stated. SaveDate reserves the right to modify, revoke, or cancel promotions at its discretion.

8.8 Price Modifications: SaveDate reserves the right to adjust or modify fees for optional services at any time, with or without prior notice. Users acknowledge that continued use of paid features after fee changes constitutes acceptance of the updated fees.

SaveDate is not responsible for errors, delays, or disputes related to payments handled by third-party providers.

8.10 Account Suspension for Non-Payment: SaveDate reserves the right to temporarily suspend access to paid features if Users fail to make timely payments. Reinstatement of access may require full payment of outstanding fees and may incur additional charges as determined by SaveDate.

8.11 User Consent for Payment Terms: By opting for optional services or removing ads from invitations, Users expressly consent to the terms of payment, including the processing of transactions through authorized payment providers, billing policies, applicable taxes, and fees as described above.

8.12 No Obligation for Payment: Users may continue to use standard features of SaveDate without paying any fees. The inclusion of advertisements in free invitations is a condition of the free Service, and Users who wish to avoid ads must opt for the paid feature.

8.13 Payment Disputes: Any dispute regarding payments must be addressed promptly by contacting SaveDate and/or the relevant third-party payment provider. SaveDate will make reasonable efforts to assist Users but is not liable for any delays or errors in payment processing by third-party providers.

8.14 Legal Compliance: Users agree to comply with all applicable laws, rules, and regulations concerning payments, taxes, and financial transactions related to SaveDate’s optional services. Unauthorized, fraudulent, or illegal use of payment systems may result in account suspension, termination, and potential legal action.

9.0 Intellectual Property

9.2 Limited License: Subject to compliance with these Terms, SaveDate grants Users a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the Service for personal, non-commercial purposes. 10.0 Disclaimer of Warranties and Limitation of Liability

SaveDate makes no warranties, representations, or guarantees, whether express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, accuracy, completeness, or uninterrupted access.

10.2 Use at Your Own Risk: Users acknowledge and agree that their use of the Service, including creation, posting, or sharing of digital invitations, galleries, messages, or other content, is entirely at their own risk. SaveDate is not responsible for any loss, damages, or liabilities arising from such use.

10.3 Third-Party Services: SaveDate may provide links, integrations, or references to third-party services, websites, or applications. SaveDate does not control, endorse, or assume responsibility for third-party services, content, or transactions. Users agree that SaveDate is not liable for any damages, losses, or claims related to third-party services.

10.4 Technical Issues: Users understand that the Service may experience temporary interruptions, delays, or technical failures, including but not limited to server downtime, network outages, bugs, errors, or incompatibility with devices or browsers. SaveDate does not guarantee continuous or uninterrupted access and is not liable for any losses or damages resulting from such technical issues.

10.5 Data Loss and Storage Limits: SaveDate does not guarantee the permanent storage of User content. In cases of full servers, storage limitations, or technical failures, SaveDate reserves the right to delete, archive, or restrict access to User data without prior notice. Users acknowledge that SaveDate is not responsible for any loss of content or data in such events.

10.6 Security and Unauthorized Access: SaveDate implements reasonable security measures, but cannot guarantee complete protection against hacking, phishing, malware, or unauthorized access. Users accept the risk of unauthorized access or data breaches and agree that SaveDate will not be liable for any resulting damages.

10.7 No Liability for Payment or Financial Loss: If Users make payments to remove advertisements, access optional features, or for other premium services, SaveDate is not responsible for payment errors, processing failures, or fraudulent transactions. Payments made are non-refundable, including in cases of technical issues, service interruptions, or account termination.

10.8 Indirect or Consequential Damages: To the maximum extent permitted by law, SaveDate shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages arising from your use or inability to use the Service, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, goodwill, business opportunities, or other intangible losses.

10.9 No Warranty of Accuracy: SaveDate does not warrant the accuracy, completeness, reliability, or timeliness of any content, information, or materials provided on the Service. Users are solely responsible for verifying any information or content before use.

By using the Service, Users expressly accept all such risks and release SaveDate from any liability for damages or losses arising from these risks.

11.0 Indemnification

11.1 Users agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless SaveDate, its parent companies, subsidiaries, affiliates, officers, directors, employees, agents, partners, licensors, and contractors (collectively, "Indemnified Parties") from and against any and all claims, liabilities, damages, losses, fines, penalties, costs, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising out of or relating to:

11.1.1 Your use or misuse of the Service, including creation, posting, transmission, or sharing of content;

11.1.2 Any violation of these Terms of Use, Privacy Policy, or other policies, guidelines, or rules issued by SaveDate;

11.1.3 Any violation of applicable laws, regulations, or third-party rights, including copyright, trademark, privacy, publicity, or intellectual property rights;

11.1.4 Any claims arising from User content, including but not limited to digital invitations, images, videos, messages, or communications posted via the Service;

11.1.5 Any unauthorized access, use, or interference with other Users’ accounts, data, or content;

11.1.6 Any disputes, claims, or complaints brought by third parties relating to your conduct, use of the Service, or actions taken in connection with SaveDate.

11.2 Users agree to promptly notify SaveDate in writing of any claim, demand, or legal action for which indemnification may be sought, cooperate fully with SaveDate in the defense of such claims, and provide all necessary assistance to mitigate any losses or damages.

11.3 SaveDate reserves the right, at its own expense, to assume the exclusive defense and control of any matter subject to indemnification, in which case Users agree to cooperate with SaveDate’s defense and provide any relevant information requested.

11.4 The obligations of indemnification under this Section shall survive the termination or expiration of your account, access to the Service, or these Terms of Use.

11.5 Users acknowledge that failure to comply with this indemnification obligation may result in legal liability, including but not limited to the reimbursement of all damages, losses, and costs incurred by SaveDate as a result of such non-compliance.

11.6 Users are prohibited from settling or negotiating any claim subject to indemnification without SaveDate's prior written consent. SaveDate may, at its discretion, participate in the defense or settlement of any claim.

11.7 This indemnification obligation is independent of any other obligations in these Terms and does not limit any other remedies available to SaveDate under law or equity.

12.0 Termination and Breach

12.1 SaveDate reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to suspend, restrict, or terminate any User account, access to the Service, or any part thereof, at any time and for any reason, including, but not limited to:

12.1.1 Violation of these Terms of Use, Privacy Policy, or any other rules, guidelines, or policies issued by SaveDate;

12.1.2 Misuse of the Service, including the creation, posting, transmission, or sharing of content that is unlawful, harmful, threatening, abusive, defamatory, obscene, or otherwise objectionable;

12.1.3 Breach of intellectual property rights, including unauthorized use of copyrighted, trademarked, or proprietary content;

12.1.4 Any actions that may expose SaveDate, its affiliates, or other Users to liability, harm, or legal claims;

12.1.5 Requests by law enforcement agencies, government authorities, or in compliance with applicable laws, regulations, or court orders;

12.1.6 Non-payment of fees, violation of payment terms, or fraudulent transactions related to optional services or advertisements;

12.1.7 Any other conduct deemed by SaveDate to be inappropriate, harmful, or inconsistent with the intended use of the Service.

12.2 Upon termination, Users will immediately lose access to their accounts, content, and any associated features or functionality. SaveDate is not responsible for any loss, deletion, or inability to retrieve User data following termination, suspension, or restriction of access.

12.3 Termination of this Agreement does not release Users from their obligations under these Terms, including, but not limited to, indemnification, intellectual property rights, confidentiality, or payment obligations.

12.4 SaveDate may, at its discretion, remove User content, messages, or any data stored on the Service in connection with a terminated account without prior notice. Users acknowledge that such data may be irretrievably lost and agree that SaveDate shall not be liable for any resulting damages, losses, or claims.

12.5 In cases of breach, SaveDate may take additional actions including issuing warnings, limiting access to specific features, temporarily suspending accounts, or initiating legal proceedings. Users remain liable for any damages or obligations resulting from their breach.

12.6 Users acknowledge that termination or restriction of their account may occur without prior notice when SaveDate reasonably believes such action is necessary to protect the security, integrity, or operation of the Service, its users, or SaveDate’s systems.

12.7 Any User attempting to circumvent account termination or re-register under a different identity after being terminated may be permanently banned, and SaveDate reserves the right to pursue legal action for violations of this provision.

12.8 Termination, breach, or suspension of access by SaveDate does not limit any other rights or remedies available under law or equity, including the right to seek compensation for outstanding fees, damages, or legal costs arising from User violations.

13.0 Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

13.1 Governing Law

13.1.1 These Terms of Use, the Privacy Policy, and any agreements between Users and SaveDate shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

13.1.2 Any disputes, claims, or controversies arising out of or related to these Terms, the use of the Service, User content, or any interactions between Users and SaveDate shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of courts located in Kochi, India, unless otherwise agreed in writing by SaveDate.

13.1.3 Users agree that any legal action or proceeding against SaveDate must be brought exclusively in the competent courts in Kochi, India, and Users consent to personal jurisdiction and venue in these courts.

13.2 Dispute Resolution and Arbitration

13.2.1 In the event of any dispute or claim arising from or relating to these Terms, the Service, or any aspect of the relationship between Users and SaveDate, the parties agree to first attempt to resolve the dispute through informal negotiation and communication.

13.2.2 If informal resolution fails, Users and SaveDate agree that the dispute shall be submitted to binding arbitration under the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996 of India.

13.2.3 The arbitration process shall be conducted by a single arbitrator appointed by mutual agreement of the parties. If the parties cannot agree, the arbitrator shall be appointed by a competent authority as per the Arbitration and Conciliation Act.

13.2.4 The seat of arbitration shall be Kochi, India, and the arbitration proceedings shall be conducted in English.

13.2.5 The arbitrator shall have the authority to award any remedies available under Indian law, including injunctive relief, compensatory damages, and reimbursement of costs, including reasonable legal fees.

13.2.6 Users expressly waive any right to a jury trial or to participate in a class action or representative proceeding. Arbitration shall be conducted on an individual basis only, and Users shall not be entitled to arbitration on a class or collective basis.

13.2.7 The decision and award of the arbitrator shall be final, binding, and enforceable in any court of competent jurisdiction, and may be confirmed, entered, and enforced as a judgment in any Indian court.

13.2.8 Notwithstanding the arbitration requirement, Users agree that SaveDate may seek injunctive or equitable relief from a court to prevent unauthorized use of the Service, infringement of intellectual property rights, or violation of these Terms without first engaging in arbitration.

13.2.9 Users acknowledge and agree that disputes subject to arbitration may still require compliance with applicable local, state, or central laws, and arbitration does not exempt Users from statutory obligations or regulatory compliance.

13.2.10 Any costs or fees associated with arbitration, except as otherwise awarded by the arbitrator, shall be borne by the parties in accordance with the terms of the arbitration agreement.

14.0 Modification of Terms

14.1 Right to Modify

14.1.1 SaveDate reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to update, amend, or modify these Terms at any time without prior notice, including but not limited to changes in fees, services, user obligations, or legal provisions.

14.1.2 Any modifications shall become effective immediately upon posting on the Site or notification via the Service. Users are responsible for regularly reviewing the Terms to remain informed of any changes.

14.2 User Consent to Changes

14.2.1 Continued access to or use of the Service after modifications constitutes full acceptance of the revised Terms.

14.2.2 If a User does not agree to any updated Terms, they must immediately discontinue use of the Service and delete any associated accounts, content, or data in their possession.

14.3 Notification of Changes

14.3.1 SaveDate may, at its discretion, provide notifications of material changes via email, in-app alerts, or banners on the Site. However, Users acknowledge that failure to receive notice does not exempt them from compliance with the updated Terms.

14.4 Non-Retroactivity
